MDS-CFR系列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖洗型,利用(yong)其他過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液逆(ni)流(liu)(liu)(liu)來沖洗濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系列(lie),外接(jie)(jie)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖洗,利用(yong)外接(jie)(jie)的潔凈流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(液體或(huo)氣體)沖洗濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)表面濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液手(shou)動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖洗型;MDS-CFG系列(lie),外接(jie)(jie)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體手(shou)動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖洗型。
模(mo)塊化自(zi)清洗過(guo)濾器工作原理:
液(ye)體(ti)從入(ru)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)管流(liu)入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)各(ge)個(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)入(ru)口(kou)(kou), 液(ye)體(ti)從外(wai)(wai)向內(nei)透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表(biao)面(mian),流(liu)向各(ge)個(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou),匯(hui)聚(ju)到(dao)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)管后(hou)流(liu)出(chu)(chu)(chu),顆粒雜質被攔截在濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表(biao)面(mian),累積形成濾(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)壓差逐漸升高達(da)到(dao)預設值(zhi)時(通常為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者(zhe)清洗時間周期到(dao)時,控制系統啟動(dong)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動(dong)作(zuo),對每(mei)個(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,整個(ge)(ge)(ge)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成,當某(mou)一過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其他單元(yuan)仍正常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。根據(ju)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)體(ti)來源不同,反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)出(chu)(chu)(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)(wai)接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗原理如下:
濾出(chu)清液反沖(chong)型:
過濾時:進出口(kou)閥(fa)門打開,反洗閥(fa)門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)時:控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)關(guan)閉一(yi)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)口(kou)閥門,同時打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)閥,由于(yu)在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部(bu)和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)出口(kou)(連接(jie)大氣(qi))之間(jian)存在壓(ya)差(cha),其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)出清液會(hui)流(liu)向這(zhe)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅速(su)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian)的(de)雜質沖(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后(hou)關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)閥并打開(kai)進(jin)口(kou)控(kong)(kong)制閥進(jin)行(xing)繼(ji)續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;此時控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)對下一(yi)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型,適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)水及低粘(zhan)性液體,入(ru)口(kou)壓(ya)力要求大于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度、粘(zhan)度而(er)有一(yi)定(ding)差(cha)異)。
外接(jie)清液反沖(chong)型:
過(guo)濾時:進(jin)出口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)打開,反洗進(jin)出口(kou)控制閥(fa)門(men)關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)系(xi)統關閉(bi)一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單元的(de)(de)(de)進口閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和(he)出口閥(fa)(fa)門(men),打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入(ru)口閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和(he)出口閥(fa)(fa)門(men),利(li)用外接清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)液體(ti)(ti)或(huo)(huo)氣體(ti)(ti)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元,把濾(lv)(lv)元外表面的(de)(de)(de)雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然(ran)后關閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進出口閥(fa)(fa),打開液體(ti)(ti)進出口閥(fa)(fa)進行繼續過濾(lv)(lv)作業(ye);控制(zhi)系(xi)統對下一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單元執行一(yi)樣的(de)(de)(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有過濾(lv)(lv)單元。外接清(qing)(qing)液反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)粘(zhan)性稍高的(de)(de)(de)液體(ti)(ti),或(huo)(huo)入(ru)口壓力小(xiao)于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)(de)(de)場合(he)(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有一(yi)定差異(yi))。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾器(qi)(qi)配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)(xing)精密(mi)金屬濾元,濾元有(you)兩種可選,A型(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾面(mian)積0.267平方米;B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾面(mian)積0.314平方米,B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾面(mian)積比A型(xing)(xing)多17%,適用小于(yu)100微(wei)米以下的過(guo)(guo)濾,過(guo)(guo)濾器(qi)(qi)可以更緊湊,A型(xing)(xing)適用大于(yu)100微(wei)米以上的過(guo)(guo)濾。
