柏之(zhi)瑞模塊(kuai)化自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾器基于模塊(kuai)化理念設(she)計,將多個標(biao)準過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾單元組成全(quan)自(zi)(zi)動過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安全(quan)系(xi)數(shu)高,可(ke)按流(liu)量(liang)需要靈活增加在(zai)線單元數(shu)量(liang)。模塊(kuai)化自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾器自(zi)(zi)動化運行,免(mian)人工清(qing)洗(xi),擴展性(xing)強,可(ke)外接高壓(ya)反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)流(liu)體,低壓(ya)差工作,采用V-SLOT 濾元,反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)徹(che)底,反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)耗用液體少。模塊(kuai)化自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾器能(neng)凈化流(liu)體,保護后道關鍵設(she)備,也能(neng)利用其反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)排出液回收昂貴固(gu)體顆粒。產品適用于低粘性(xing)液體,如:原水、污(wu)水、汽油(you)、重型焦化汽油(you)、柴油(you)、渣油(you)等。
模塊化自(zi)清洗過濾器細分為(wei)四(si)個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)液自動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)型,利用(yong)其他過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)濾(lv)液逆流(liu)來沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)外表面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)體(ti)(ti)自動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi),利用(yong)外接的(de)潔凈流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(液體(ti)(ti)或氣體(ti)(ti))沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)表面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)液手(shou)動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)體(ti)(ti)手(shou)動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)型。
模(mo)塊化(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗過濾(lv)器工作原理:
液(ye)(ye)體(ti)從(cong)入口(kou)(kou)總管流入,進入到(dao)(dao)各(ge)個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的入口(kou)(kou), 液(ye)(ye)體(ti)從(cong)外(wai)向內透過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面,流向各(ge)個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)出(chu)口(kou)(kou),匯(hui)聚到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)總管后流出(chu),顆粒雜質被(bei)攔截在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面,累積(ji)形(xing)成(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸升高達到(dao)(dao)預(yu)設值時(shi)(通(tong)常為70-130Kpa),或者清洗時(shi)間(jian)周期到(dao)(dao)時(shi),控制(zhi)系統啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗動作(zuo),對(dui)每個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗,整個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)過(guo)程完成(cheng),當(dang)某一(yi)(yi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)時(shi),其他單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)仍正常過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗液(ye)(ye)體(ti)來源不同(tong),反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)方式分(fen)為:濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型、外(wai)接(jie)清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗原理如下(xia):
濾出清液反沖型(xing):
過濾時:進出口閥門打開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制系(xi)統關閉一(yi)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)門(men),同時(shi)打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa),由于(yu)在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部(bu)和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出口(kou)(連接大(da)氣)之間存在(zai)壓(ya)差,其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)會流向這個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa)并打開(kai)進(jin)口(kou)控(kong)制閥(fa)進(jin)行繼(ji)續(xu)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;此(ci)時(shi)控(kong)制系(xi)統對下一(yi)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執(zhi)行一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完(wan)所(suo)有(you)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)水及低粘性液(ye)體,入口(kou)壓(ya)力要求大(da)于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精(jing)度、粘度而有(you)一(yi)定差異(yi))。

反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)關(guan)閉(bi)一個過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門和(he)出口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門,打(da)開反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門和(he)出口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門,利用(yong)外接(jie)清潔(jie)液(ye)體或氣體反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)(de)雜質(zhi)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然(ran)后關(guan)閉(bi)反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)出口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa),打(da)開液(ye)體進(jin)出口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼續(xu)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)作業(ye);控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)對(dui)下一個過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執(zhi)行(xing)一樣的(de)(de)反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐(zhu)一反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。外接(jie)清液(ye)反沖(chong)型,適用(yong)于粘(zhan)(zhan)性(xing)稍高的(de)(de)液(ye)體,或入口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓力(li)小(xiao)于0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(視精度、粘(zhan)(zhan)度而有(you)一定差異)。
